IL Plumbing Pro is an independent plumbing service discovery directory and lead-referral network. IL Plumbing Pro is not an individual plumbing contractor. We do not directly employ plumbers, own service vans, or perform physical plumbing repairs. All plumbing services are performed independently by third-party licensed, insured plumbing contractors in Illinois.

2. Contractor Relationship & Independence

When you call (217) 216-8586, we connect you with an independent local plumbing service provider. Any contract, estimate, warranty, or financial transaction is strictly between you (the property owner) and the independent service provider. IL Plumbing Pro is not a party to, nor liable for, any contracts or workmanship performed by dispatched contractors.

3. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

All plumbing work conducted in Illinois is subject to the Illinois Plumbing License Law and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) plumbing codes. Dispatched third-party contractors are independently responsible for maintaining active contractor licenses, bonds, and commercial liability insurance required by state and local municipal authorities.

4. No Warranties or Guarantees

IL Plumbing Pro makes no express warranties regarding response times, specific pricing, or repair outcomes. All warranties are issued solely by the individual licensed contractor performing the work on-site.
